Women are the base of the society. Without women our world will irreversibly collapse and turn into chaos. We are the moving force of the global development and I believe that women empowerment and support is the key solution in order to reach the successful future. In my daily work I always attract young women and specialists to choose the STEAM jobs, to pursue technical careers and seek the promotion. I take girls as the interns and trainees for our GreenTech startup and make sure to attract as many young girls as possible.
