Webinar “Policies in Practice: Learning from National Experiences for Gender-Responsive Implementation of the Global Biodiversity Framework”
On 15 September 2026, the CBD Women's Caucus, University College London (UCL) and the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) convened the webinar "Policies in Practice: Learning from National Experiences for Gender-Responsive Implementation of the Global Biodiversity Framework". The event brought together researchers, gender focal points and practitioners from ten countries to present the key findings of a synthesis report on gender-responsive implementation, and to hear directly from those translating these commitments into practice on the ground.
